Women's Leadership Programs are designed to ignite leadership identity at critical career transitions. Both programs combine psychologically informed workshops with 1:1 coaching, small cohort peer learning (6-8 participants), and sustained accountability, creating lasting transformation over six months. Programs can be delivered in-person or adapted for virtual delivery to meet your organisation's needs.

The Ember Leadership Program is designed for senior women leaders ready to move from delivering results to shaping culture. Over six months, participants explore three foundational dimensions of leadership: empowering others authentically, strengthening resilience in a complex world, and leading courageous conversations that strengthen relationships and drive outcomes.
