As a business leader, Kate has built many successful teams. She understands how to nurture teams so that they deliver results efficiently and effectively.  This isn’t easy work. She knows the focus and attention a leader needs to have so that their team thrives, and not just that but create sustainable team cultures. 

With a background in marketing and people practices for one of the world’s leading publishers, she can work easily with your C-Suite, your leaders, your teams, and your people specialists to inspire and ignite your team.

Kate has more qualifications than you can shake a stick at! She holds an MBA, a Professional Diploma in Management (FCMI), PGDip Human Resource Management (Chartered MCIPD), PGDip Marketing, Masters in Coaching and Mentoring and is a qualified coach (EMCC Accredited Practitioner). She is currently working towards a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision at Oxford Brookes University and studying Postgraduate Psychology at the University of Liverpool.

Kate is DiSC and Five Behaviours® certified, a certified Debrief Coach for The Leadership Challenge®. She is a LUMA facilitation practitioner and a certified PROSCI practitioner in change management.
