The Ember Leadership Program is designed for senior women leaders who influence stakeholders, lead teams, and shape business strategy. Over six months, you'll explore three foundational dimensions of leadership: empowering others authentically, building resilience in a complex world, and leading courageous conversations that strengthen relationships and drive outcomes.

This isn't a workshop…it's a leadership journey. Through evidence-based frameworks, peer learning with 6-8 senior women, and sustained accountability, you'll deepen your strategic impact while building the resilience to lead without burning out.

In a trusted circle of peers committed to lifelong learning, you'll reflect on your leadership journey, renew your sense of purpose, and reshape how you see yourself as a leader. You'll leave with practical tools you'll use immediately, a network that lasts beyond the program, and renewed confidence in your leadership identity.

Founding Cohort: Virtual Delivery

The founding cohort will be delivered virtually via MS Team, enabling participation from exceptional senior women leaders across the UK and beyond. Sessions are scheduled for UK business hours and designed for interactive, engaging virtual participation with breakout rooms and collaborative exercises. Starting Early 2026.

    This module explores how women leaders can use coaching and mentoring mindsets to unlock potential, cultivate trust, and build inclusion. Participants develop the confidence and skills to empower others while amplifying their own authentic influence.

    In this module, you'll:

    • Build a culture of psychological safety and trust within teams

    • Practice powerful questioning and deep listening to inspire growth in others

    • Create developmental conversations that strengthen engagement and performance

    • Distinguish between coaching and mentoring as a manager, and know when to use each effectively

    Key frameworks: Coaching mindset, powerful questions, developmental conversations, psychological safety.

  • Today's leaders not only adapt to change, they lead through it.

    This session equips women with the mindset and tools to stay grounded under pressure, guide teams through uncertainty, and thrive amid constant change. Participants explore their personal resilience and learn how to foster it collectively within their teams.

    In this module, you'll:

    • Understand the emotional and behavioral impact of change on themselves and others

    • Identify personal resilience strengths and strategies for renewal

    • Apply practical tools for self-regulation, confidence, and perspective-shifting

    • Build team cultures that promote adaptability, empathy, and optimism during change

    Key frameworks: Resilience profile, renewal strategies, self-regulation tools, team resilience

  • Conflict and challenge are inevitable, but they can be catalysts for growth.

    This module strengthens participants' ability to handle difficult conversations, navigate power dynamics, and lead through tension with calm and clarity. It helps women leaders reframe conflict as a pathway to stronger relationships and better outcomes.

    In this module, you'll:

    • Recognise sources and styles of conflict and their impact on team dynamics

    • Explore how gender expectations influence conflict and communication styles

    • Build confidence and composure when handling challenging situations

    • Apply practical frameworks to resolve conflict constructively and drive collaboration

    Key frameworks: Conflict styles, gender dynamics, courageous conversation structure, clean conflict

Program Structure & Delivery

Core to the program are three modules, each building skills, reflection and development: The Empowering Leader (sparking growth in others), The Resilient Leader (sustaining yourself through complexity) and The Courageous Leader (leading through conflict with courage).

The Ember Program follows a carefully sequenced 6-month journey:

Weeks 1-2: Self-Awareness Foundation - 1:1 coaching session to discover your unique leadership strengths and what fuels you
Week 4: Module 1 - The Empowering Leader - 3-hour workshop exploring how to spark growth in others through coaching and mentoring mindsets
Weeks 5-7: Peer Learning - Structured peer session to reflect, share, and apply Module 1 insights
Week 8: Module 2 - The Resilient Leader - 3-hour workshop building tools and mindsets to sustain yourself through complexity and change
Weeks 9-11: Peer Learning - Structured peer session to deepen resilience practices and support each other
Week 12: Module 3 - The Courageous Leader -3-hour workshop strengthening ability to navigate conflict and lead difficult conversations
Weeks 13-15: Peer Learning -Structured peer session to practice courageous leadership and celebrate growth
Week 24: Program Impact Evaluation -Cohort check-in to measure impact, ensure accountability, and celebrate transformation

What’s Included?

1:1 Coaching Session - Your journey begins with a private coaching session using the CliftonStrengths assessment to discover what fuels and sustains you as a leader. This session deepens self-awareness and creates a personalised foundation for your development journey.
Three 3-Hour In-Person Workshops - Dynamic, interactive workshops that combine leadership theory with immediately applicable skills. Each module builds on the previous one, creating a holistic development journey. Workshops are optimised for in-person delivery to maximise peer connection and psychological safety, with virtual delivery available for distributed teams.
Peer Learning Sessions - Between each workshop, your cohort reconnects for structured peer learning sessions. These sessions, guided by provided materials, create space to reflect, share experiences, and support each other's growth, turning learning into confident, lasting leadership.
6-Month Accountability Check-In - The program concludes with a cohort check-in to celebrate growth, ensure accountability, and sustain momentum. This includes a program impact evaluation where participants complete a post-program assessment measuring leadership confidence, skill application, and development goal achievement.
Individual Leadership Action Plan - Throughout the program, you'll develop a personalised action plan that translates learning into workplace application, ensuring sustained impact beyond the six months.
All Program Materials & Resources - Comprehensive materials including frameworks, tools, worksheets, and resources you'll reference throughout your career.

All programs are facilitated by qualified (EMCC/ICF) executive coaches and grounded in evidence-based leadership models aligned with contemporary research on women's leadership

The Cohort Experience

Limited to 6-8 senior women leaders to maximize psychological safety and meaningful peer connection.

Small cohorts aren't just a nice feature—they're essential to the program's effectiveness. In a circle of 6-8 senior women, you can:

  • Share vulnerably about leadership challenges without performing or defending

  • Learn from diverse perspectives while maintaining intimate discussion

  • Build authentic relationships that extend far beyond the program

  • Practice new skills in a psychologically safe environment

  • Support each other's growth through transitions and challenges

These peer relationships often become one of the most valuable outcomes of the program, a trusted circle of senior women who understand your challenges and champion your growth.

The founding cohort will be delivered virtually via MS Teams to enable participation from exceptional senior women leaders regardless of location.

Future cohorts may be offered in-person, virtually, or as hybrid experiences.

All sessions are designed for interactive, engaging virtual participation with breakout rooms, collaborative exercises, and meaningful peer connection.

Time Commitment

Approximately 27-28 hours over six months, equivalent to less than one hour per week:

  • 12 hours of expert-facilitated learning (1:1 session + three 3-hour workshops + check-in)

  • 3-4.5 hours of peer collaboration (three peer learning sessions)

  • 12 hours of self-directed development work (applying new skills directly to workplace challenges)

This structure balances expert guidance with self-directed application, building the lifelong learning habits essential for sustained leadership excellence.

Standard Investment: £1,200 + VAT (£1,440 total)
