We have extensive experience in supporting mentoring in the workplace, from introductory and skills webinars to program design. These can be delivered virtually or in-person and we can develop a suite of supporting literature .
Mentoring skills

Mentoring Programmes

We can create the intake and kick-off process as well as advise on the matching approach. In addition, Mentoring Programs can be designed to incorporate DiSC®, The Five Dysfunctions Personal Development® or The Leadership Challenge® 360 Assessment to provide greater insight for participants.
