Firestarter Forums are small-group facilitated conversations of peers designed to create a culture of learning and support your team.
The Forums are a series of sessions that are created for a cohort of your leaders, with the aim of creating a confidential peer-support space. Each session is facilitated and can be designed to free-flow or with a structured focus based on the group’s needs. These are ideal for new managers or experienced leaders to share the challenges they are facing and draw on the group’s experience to gain a range of perspectives.
We can design these to support a cohort of your employee base for example Women Leaders, Graduate Apprentices or those planning retirement . The sessions will spark new ideas and action to encourage self-efficacy and problem-solving.
New Manager Forums
Develop your new managers to grow in confidence and develop their peer network. These sessions help create the trust required for developing effective peer-to-peer networks. Often new managers need to transition to a new role leaving behind their peers, or even managing their former peers. Leadership Forums
